The Viet Grill elevates typical Vietnamese dishes to another level; tamarind and basil scented crab and oven-roasted turmeric pork rubbed with lemongrass are typical of the Aladdin’s Cave of a menu that sets this restaurant apart from the competition. Vegetarians can also indulge in dishes that stimulate the imagination as well as the palate, such as skinned aubergines in sweet chilli sauce.
