At the top of Park Lane in The Montcalm hotel, Vetro is headed up by Sardinian born Executive Chef Paolo Saba and offers fresh, light and modern Italian cuisine using seasonal ingredients.
Menus will change seasonally but will always offer a wide selection of appetisers, pasta dishes, risotti, fish and meat dishes, including Rabbit Ravioli, Sea Bass Fillet, and Sardinian Octopus and Fregola Stew.
The contemporary design of the restaurant features four large sky lights, providing the inspiration behind the name Vetro (Italian for glass) along with a stunning marble floor and imposing display table as a centrepiece.
Vetro offers flexible table sizes and is the perfect venue for corporate lunches, romantic dinners and special occasions. |
