Europe’s first ever organic and vegan Japanese restaurant, Itadaki Zen is a trailblazer in the very centre of London.
With its name combining the Japanese terms for “taking the food of life” and “to fix”, Itadaki Zen aims for more than the sating of appetites. In the peaceful surroundings of the pale coloured dining room, food is taken for its healing properties as well as its flavour. With a slow food ethic reflected in the care taken over each dish, Itadaki Zen uses traditional, authentic and seasonal ingredients from organic, sustainable sources, with the eventual aim of producing all of its own vegetables. The menu showcases produce deemed important in maintaining a strong and healthy metabolism, alongside 26 gluten-free dishes. With its organically produced selection of wines, beers and sake though, Itadaki Zen isn’t all angelic.
Unique throughout all of Europe, Itadaki Zen’s delicious, flavoursome food is prepared with the healthiest of intentions.
