Surrounded by West End theatres and bars, Gauthier Soho is split into an airy first floor dining room and ground floor wine shop and cellar. The menu celebrates classic French techniques in refined, seasonal dishes with a particular focus on vegetarian options which are one of Gauthier’s specialities.
