| Modern British Restaurant |
Serving fresh, seasonal British produce and traditional afternoon tea, Brumus is a stylish restaurant and bar in the Haymarket Hotel. At the heart of London’s West End theatre district, Brumus has a warm and comfortable decor ideal for meeting with family, friends or clients.
A buzzing dining destination with exclusive private rooms, Brumus serves classic British dishes such as Wild Sea Bass, Roast Suffolk Chicken Breast, and Beer Battered Pollock. There is also a succulent range of grill dishes including Aberdeenshire Steaks, John Dory and West Country Lamb Cutlets, as well as Gloucester Old Spot Pork Cutlet, Haymarket Beef Burger, and Cote de Boeuf.
Complementing Brumus’ convenient location for London’s major theatres, there is a reasonably priced pre-theatre menu - ideal for dining before the show. Each dish can be accompanied by a selection from the extensive wine list and cocktails are available at the bar.
Brumus is also a glamorous place to enjoy afternoon tea. The Haymarket Tea features a selection of homemade cakes, sandwiches, scones and teas. Alternatively, indulge yourself with the exquisite Ruinart Champagne Tea, highlighted by a glass of champagne and a bowl of strawberries. Whether it be “tea for two” or for a group of friends or colleagues, a delicious tea is served that caters for the most specific dietary requirements. |
Opening Times: Open from 07:00 to 24:00 Monday to Saturday, and 08:00 to 23:00 on Sunday and Bank Holidays. |
